Welcome!

Thank you for visiting the website of Lebanon Presbyterian Church. We are located across from the Allegheny County Airport in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania - just south of downtown Pittsburgh and minutes from major area attractions such as SouthSide Works, Waterfront, Kennywood Park, and Century III Mall. LPC, one of Pittsburgh's oldest churches, has been "meeting needs and offering hope" to West Mifflin, Pittsburgh, South Hills, and Mon Valley residents and families since 1776. We have activities and ministries available for those of all ages. In addition to contemporary and traditional worship services, we offer bible studies and Christian education, fellowship groups, youth and children's ministries, volunteer opportunities, missions trips, music programs, community outreach events, concerts, and young adult activities. Our members, friends, and guests come from a wide variety of faith backgrounds ranging from those who never attended church before to people from Catholic, Methodist, Baptist, and Nondenominational affiliations.  Please feel free to browse around, listen to a worship song or sermon, view some photos, read the blog, check our calendar, or just find out more about us.  And regardless of your background or current level of spirituality, we would love for you to join us this Sunday!

Praying Hearts and Hands Ministry

Praying Hearts and Hands would like to encourage members of the church to pray for the following specific issues over the course of the next week.

Church Issue:

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church General Assembly in Detroit – Specifically, that the commissioners and families will have a season of blessing, as they participate in the decision making for our denomination.  That Pastor Bob, Pastor Dave, and Pattianne Williams will have safe travels.

Local Issue:

Local Businesses and Summer Jobs – Specifically, that local businesses will have a good summer economically,  and will be able to hire local folks for summer and permanent jobs.

National Issue:

Orlando Shootings – Specially, that the family and friends of those who were killed and wounded will receive comfort, and that those who would applaud such a horror, would open their hearts to Christ.

International Issue:

War on Terror – Specifically, that those countries who are battling Islamic extremism would seek justice and righteousness in their efforts to keep their citizens safe.
