Unknown to anyone in the church, Henry Thompson passed away this past Thursday, April 21, 2016, at the Baldwin Health Center. His family did not notify anyone in the church. However someone in the church did notice his obituary and began and chain of text, email, and phone notifications. A few people were able to go to Henry's viewing, but the family insisted that the funeral itself be private. Therefore, we would like to take a few minutes to remeber Henry Thompson and the tremendous impact he has had on our community of faith at Lebanon Chruch.

Welcome!

Thank you for visiting the website of Lebanon Presbyterian Church. We are located across from the Allegheny County Airport in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania - just south of downtown Pittsburgh and minutes from major area attractions such as SouthSide Works, Waterfront, Kennywood Park, and Century III Mall. LPC, one of Pittsburgh's oldest churches, has been "meeting needs and offering hope" to West Mifflin, Pittsburgh, South Hills, and Mon Valley residents and families since 1776. We have activities and ministries available for those of all ages. In addition to contemporary and traditional worship services, we offer bible studies and Christian education, fellowship groups, youth and children's ministries, volunteer opportunities, missions trips, music programs, community outreach events, concerts, and young adult activities. Our members, friends, and guests come from a wide variety of faith backgrounds ranging from those who never attended church before to people from Catholic, Methodist, Baptist, and Nondenominational affiliations.  Please feel free to browse around, listen to a worship song or sermon, view some photos, read the blog, check our calendar, or just find out more about us.  And regardless of your background or current level of spirituality, we would love for you to join us this Sunday!
