"The committees of Session shall have representation from the Deacons and from the congregation-at-large. The duties of each committee are subject to review and revision by Session time in order to meet the needs of the church." A. Have the care of all real property of the church and contents. B. Have charge of all maintenance and repairs of the church-owned property. C. Responsible for use of church buildings and charges where applicable. D. Be responsible for supervision of all maintenance personnel. E. Make recommendations to the Session or carry out any and all other matters relating to the buildings and grounds.
