"The committees of Session shall have representation from the Deacons and from the congregation-at-large. The duties of each committee are subject to review and revision by Session time in order to meet the needs of the church." A. Consider carefully the needs of the church and the officer personnel who could best meet these needs. B. Committee shall meet and work on year-round basis. C. Advise the congregation that the committee is receptive to names suggested by the congregation for church officers and consider these names along with their own selections. D. Seek permission of nominees to place their name in nomination. E. Submit a final slate of nominees to the Session at its May meeting. F. Present the committee report at the annual election meeting.
