The LPC Pastor, as LPC Head of Staff, will supervise and conduct periodic performance evaluations of the CLP in conjunction with the LPC Personnel Committee as appointed by the LPC Session. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLP IN HIS/HER CAPACITY AS ASSOCIATE LAY PASTOR OF LPC (IN COORDINATION WITH THE LPC HEAD OF STAFF): - Preach at least 6 times per year
- Administer the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper
- Administer the Sacrament of Baptism
As part of the LPC Ministry Team, be responsible for the following Ministries.
- Contemporary Worship Ministry
TIME EXPECTATIONS: 40+ hours/week Vacation time: 4 weeks (includes 4 Sundays) Study leave time: 2 weeks (includes 2 Sundays)
