Director of Youth Ministries Jake Clawson
Hailing from Johnstown, PA, Jake and his new wife, Colleen, are excited to be back in the Pittsburgh area. Jake left Johnstown after graduating from high school, and went down South to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Theology from Lee University in Cleveland, TN. After finishing his undergraduate degree, he felt called to pursue a Master of Divinity at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. After Jake’s first year of study in Pittsburgh, Colleen moved to the city from Seattle and they were married on August 18th, 2007. Jake decided that he would like to take some time and do hands on, full-time ministry before he went back to his studies. He has a heart for showing people how their faith in God can be practical and mean something through service and following Jesus’ example. Jake and Colleen recently joined LPC and reside in Friendship, on the East Side.
Evening Worship Coordinator Paul Housman
Born in York, PA. Grew up in Erie, PA. Lived in Los Angeles for 18 years and moved to Pittsburgh in 2004. I have been involved in the coffee industry for over 20 years. I currently try not to drink more than 20 cups a day… Just kidding!!! I grew up going to church on Sunday but really found my faith in Jesus developing in 1985. I have always loved music and playing songs with friends. My first group played “when the saints go marching in” in elementary school. (LOL) I have been a drummer, Bassist, singer (if that’s what you call it!?!) and guitar player through the years and got involved in praise music in the 90’s. My first church home in Pittsburgh was Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church where I co-lead worship and now here at Lebanon since May 2005 I have the privilege of serving as Praise Worship Coordinator. I am blessed to be married to Trish who home schools our two wonderful children, Landon and Julie. I believe that everyone in the church is part of the “worship team”. It is my desire that we endeavor to worship God as a lifestyle in Spirit and truth, loving God with all our heart (volition), soul (emotion), mind (thought life) and strength (physical action). I’ve not arrived yet, not even close. I’m still in process. How about you? Come Lord Jesus!

Congregation of Lebanon PC - Ministers
Established in 1776 as the Lebanon Meeting House, Lebanon Presbyterian Church was one of the first Presbyterian churches in the Pittsburgh area. The Rev. John MacMillian, founded a number of churches in the area. Bethel Presbyterian Church and Lebanon PC trace our beginnings to a outdoor meeting at Peter's Creek, where John MacMillian preached and baptized five adults and a number of children on the first Thursday in November, 1776. Since then, the members of Lebanon PC have proclaimed the GOOD NEWS of Jesus Christ, and have reached out into our community to MEET NEEDS and OFFER HOPE.
